Faye Frazer, M Ed — Direct Care Manager, Adult Unit
Faye brings to Avalon Hills more than 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has worked in a variety of social service/treatment settings, including vocational rehabilitation, child welfare, substance abuse, and in-patient residential facilities. She has taught special education students in both public and private schools.
Faye is committed to improving her local community. She serves on numerous boards and committees in the Logan/Cache County area and is a regular volunteer with social service organizations.
