Admissions Department
The Admissions Department provides education to prospective clients and their families on the unique Avalon Hills treatment program. By helping people to understand the treatment processes from admissions to transition and discharge, we develop a partnership with those people who can most benefit from our program.
If an individual or family decides they would like to pursue treatment at Avalon Hills, we work to develop connections between Avalon Hills and the client’s current network of professional and family support. These collaborative relationships are vital to promoting quality treatment at Avalon Hills and supporting continuing care after discharge.
The admissions department works fiercely to help prospective and admitting clients to understand their insurance benefits. Our team knows that not all those who are seeking help will receive it because benefits and funding issues are sometimes in the way. We are proactive in helping those we speak with find alternative funding sources and provide appropriate referral sources when necessary.
Throughout this process, we provide support to prospective clients and their families who are often overwhelmed when choosing a treatment program. The bond our team develops with clients and families lasts through treatment and into their continued recovery after Avalon Hills.
